OTHER BUSINESS ACTIVITIES

WAIPARI

The Waipari is leased to Tongariro Wilderness Adventures Ltd for the purposes of game management, hunting, conferences, outdoor pursuits and the like. Puketapu 3A Incorporation has limited opportunity to provide its’ shareholders with a return from the current indigenous forest land use within the Waipari. Restricting access to the Waipari so that a lessee can enjoy exclusive use of the land creates an opportunity for a return to our shareholders.

HYDRO

Mini-hydroelectric Power Station used to power water pump for farm reticulation system with surplus energy currently being sold to King Country Energy.
